PROBATE & TRUST
ADMINISTRATION

Upon the death of a loved one, we represent personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries throughout an estate and/or trust administration. If you have been named or wish to serve as the Personal Representative in a Florida estate then you must be represented by an attorney.

SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING

We represent petitioners seeking to be appointed as Guardian Advocates for developmentally disabled adults. We also assist with the establishment and funding of special needs trusts and ABLE accounts.

GUARDIANSHIP

We recognize that the guardianship process can be confusing and threatening. We represent petitioners and guardians as well as regularly serve as court appointed attorneys representing those who are alleged to be incapacitated. 

MEDICAID PLANNING

We work with our clients to strategically preserve their assets while preparing them to qualify for Florida Medicaid benefits.
